3. Client Engagements
All professional engagements are subject to a separate consulting agreement or statement of work. These Terms govern website use only; they do not modify or supersede any executed client agreement. Leon Strategies reserves the right to accept or decline any prospective engagement at its sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, graphics, text, and branding on this Site are the property of Leon Strategies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Campaign materials produced for clients (mail pieces, digital ads, strategy documents) are subject to ownership terms defined in the applicable client agreement.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent.
5. Confidentiality
Leon Strategies treats all client strategy, targeting data, creative assets, and internal communications as strictly confidential. Clients are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with all applicable disclosure, contribution, and expenditure reporting requirements. Leon Strategies does not provide legal advice.
